We make a life out of what we give…
Donating back is something that was instilled at an early age. My parents adopted me when I was 6 weeks old, and took me each year for charity events for Children’s Home Society in Miami to give back to them for bringing me into their lives.
I have continued the tradition by selling my artwork to fund my mission trips over the past five years to Haiti and working with Camp-in-a-Box teaching art to the children of La Maison de Lumiere orphanage in Port au Prince.
Working with animals is a great joy for me as well donating my time for many years on the Board of Directors for the Conejo Valley Arabian Horse Association where I did announcing and photography at their shows as well as other events such as local 4-H Horse Club’s Gymkhana, donating my photography, and to local fund-raisers like the Pause for Paws which raised money for local rescues.
